1. Introduction

This is my reflective report and dissertation for my Masters in User Experience & User Service Design’s final project. This report will demonstrate how ‘Design Thinking’ methodologies and processes have been applied to my final project to achieve a user centric solutions to user problem.

I have decided to divide my Miro board into different segments of Design Thinking processes. As I move forward, collect more information on my chosen topic, I plan to return to check and modify my progress based upon it . I believe, following this approach, I will ensure that I stay on track and cover all the relevant processes on my way to accomplish my desired results. I will also make sure to use or consider the available methods whenever necessary to navigate my topic in a fair and diligent manner.
